Please be very careful here. It has taken many many years for these flowers to sprout and we wouldnt like it if you knocked the petals off.
None of these insects should harm you, though we have never attempted to see if they do or not. We would also like you to watch where you tread, think about it, if there were giants on earth would you like it if he trod on you, or your food source?
Australian Huntsman spiders belong to the Family Sparassidae (formerly Heteropodidae) and are famed as being the hairy so-called 'tarantulas' on house walls that terrify people by scuttling out from behind curtains. In fact, they are a diverse and relatively harmless group of spiders, with 13 genera and 94 described species.
St Andrew's Cross Spiders are named for their bright web decorations - zig-zag ribbons of bluish-white silk that form a full or partial cross through the centre of the orb web. Females have a silvery carapace and a silver, yellow, red and black banded upper abdomen with two longitudinal yellow stripes below. The spider sits with the legs in pairs. The brown and cream coloured males are smaller than females (body lengths 3 - 4 mm and 10 - 16 mm respectively)
Callistemon 'Reeves Pink' and Callistemon 'Mauve Pink' produce attractive pink flowers and grow well near a wall in cold areas and flourish in warmer climates.
Pink Dipladenia
Allamanda Cathartica
Dipladenias would be amongst the hardiest climbing, (but can be kept shrubby if you chose) plants you could wish for, requiring very little water, eg. Scarlet Pimpernel, My Fair Lady and Merlinâs Magic to name but a few.
Mandevilla Passion Pink is tropical climber for arches or tall fences
Hardiness: Tropical, tender perennial grown as an annual or container plant
Flower/ Fruit: Yellow flowers summer to fall
Comments: Poisonous; ample moisture but good drainage; discard at end of growing season or cut back and over winter as a container plant indoors (needs bright light)

Here is a pic of a Gheko and a Cicada, one trying to eat the other! both harmless, though we have heard that the cicada will bite. The gheko makes a very loud tutting noise, find them out side but as i type this theres one above me on the ceiling. Cicadas live in trees, sing when the sun comes up.
